Hour and a half party for any age group Fun and Educational Yoga Class, Private Studio for your Party.
Minimum of 10 Children-Maximum of 25.
Two Party Options:
Basic Party: 10 children. Yoga class and a private studio party. You supply Food and Paper Goods.
Deluxe Party: We do it all!! Yoga, Food, Juice, Paper Goods and Child Size Yoga Mat as a goodie bag. Prices Vary depending upon which options you choose.
Offered Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Do something different for Bachelorette Party's, Bridal Shower's or Baby Shower's.

We will be meeting on May 9th at 11:30am in The Studio to discuss the above book. Please bring a food item to share with the group. Beverages will be provvided.
Mommy and ME
This class offers a parent the time to bond with their child while relieving the stress that parenthood places upon us. Each class is different based off of the needs of the participants. Most classes offer an opportunity to relieve stress that is stored in your shoulders as well as opening your hips and toning your abdominal muscles. Some classes incorporate infant baby massage into the practice.

Yoga Dance is an invigorating, fun union of mind, body, and spirit. It blends the practice of yoga and self-expressive dance moves with new age, rock, rap and hip hop music in a safe, nurturing environment. Let your soul soar to an eclectic mix of music from around the world that simply begs your body to move– from pulsating primal rhythms and funky, rocking beats to soothing, meditative flows. Includes creative journaling.

What Is REIKI?
Reiki (pronounced as 'ray-key') is made up of two words-'rei' and 'ki'. 'Rei' can be interpreted as a higher form of intelligence while 'ki' denotes life force. Taken together, 'reiki' is understood to be a kind of universal energy. This healing system works by raising the vibrations, of the patient being treated, closer to that of the practitioner's vibration in a meditative state. The practitioner is a clear channel for the Reiki (life force) energy to come through to be received by the patient. Reiki is a multidimensional energy healing system, which can heal the cause of a problem at whatever level it may exist-body, mind, or spirit. It has been known to heal many illnesses, mental disorders and imbalances in the spirit.

Reiki Share
A Reiki Share is a gathering of Reiki practitioners who congregate for a combination social/healing session. The primary purpose of having a "share" is for practitioners to participate in giving and receiving Reiki within an atmosphere of friendship and love. Participating in a share is also a beneficial way of honoring one another as healers.
This evening is going to be alot of fun.
